A rare case report of intraoperative diagnosis of ovarian ectopic pregnancy, managed surgically

Ovarian ectopic pregnancy (OEP) accounts for <1% of pregnancies. Its underlying etiology is likely secondary to fertilized oocyte reflux ovary. The study represents left adnexa mass query ectopic. patient was successfully treated by exploratory laparotomy with intraoperative findings suggestive ovarian resection gestational sac and oopherotomy.
